Mingara Central Coast Winter Duathlon Series
With the cooler weather approaching it's time to pull out the tracky-dacks, dust off the ugg boots, and put the wetsuit away until the next Summer Series Triathlons.
That doesn't mean you get to take it easy though!
Over Winter, Mingara Triathlon Club will be running run/ride/run duathlons on the Central Coast - still at our regular Summerland Point location but without dipping our toes in Lake Macquarie.
The grades and distances will be as follows:
